Objectives of this role
Represent the brand in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience
Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells
Meet or surpass sales quota expectations
Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues
Responsibilities
Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of Dubai Real estate properties in the market to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions
Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Generating client leads to buy and sell properties in Dubai.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers for the right price under the best terms.
Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Utilize industry CRM software and portals effectively to improve the customer experience.
Participate in training and seek opportunities for improving operations.
Required skills and qualifications
Native Russian Speaker with English Language
Located in Dubai, UAE
Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills, especially in high-stress situations
Strong business acumen and sense of ethics, pleasant and trustworthy
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Working experience as a Salesperson with proven track of successful sales record
Preferred skills and qualifications
One or more years of Real Estate Agent experience
Familiarity with relevant sales software and technology
Sharp negotiation and time-management skills
Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
UAE driving license and Car
