We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven individual as Senior Auditor/ Supervisor (external Audit) in our audit practice, to provide a range of audit, assurance, compliance, RERA and related services to our growing portfolio of clients in the UAE. As a Senior Auditor/supervisor, you will be responsible for initial planning including identifying key audit risks and preparing audit response, executing assurance engagements, supervising work, finalizing audit working papers and audit conclusions, preparing deliverables / financial statements, discussing findings and observations and preparing/drafting audit reports.
Educational Requirements and Certifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Major in Accounting a plus.
Must hold a professional certification: CA/ ACCA/ ICAEW/ CPA or finalist with strong external audit experience
Experience:
– Minimum of 4 – 5 years of audit firm experience in the areas of external audit (in the UAE preferably) with a reputable audit firm (only external audit experience will be considered).
– Must have independently executed and managed audit assignments and clients.
– Prior knowledge & experience of VAT compliance in the UAE is highly preferred.
– Good communication and management skills.
