Softdesk Technologies, (part of the Equinox Group) into CAD, Multimedia, and Geospatial services is looking for an experienced results-driven individual with Techno-commercial skills to join us on an Immediate basis as a Consultant – CAD (National Sales). The candidate should be able to lead and motivate the team members in achieving the sales targets. Besides, you should also be able to plan and implement effective sales strategies covering the Indian region.

Candidates with good communication skills, command of English and Hindi language, and experience in identifying prospects, discussing contract terms, tracking performance metrics, developing sales forecasts, and yearly sales goals only need to apply. Furthermore, you should be creative and able to produce innovative sales ideas.

Responsibilities include,

Meet and engage in presentations with the technical know-how of the solutions on the multiple USE Cases the solutions can cater to.
Planning and implementing effective sales strategies guiding the sales team achieving own as well as the team’s targets
Presenting and negotiating contract terms with clients while keeping track of the performance metrics and suggesting improvements
Submitting timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports, conducting sales forecasts, and determining monthly and yearly sales goals
Should be experienced to do in-depth research in identifying new market opportunities communicating with potential clients and converting them into sales leads
Addressing any client queries and complaints and coordinating with the Marketing department in developing promotional materials
Staying up to date with the changes and developments in the Sales industry

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in National Sales, Business Development, Territory Sales, or a similar role in the Sales department.
Familiarity with the trends, solutions, and competitive solutions in the CAD industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good time management and organizational skills with networking abilities.
Ability to multitask, offer customer service, and handle stressful situations.

The location for the job would be Kochi, Kerala, India. Candidate needs to have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the CAD industry engaged in Promotion, Sales, and Marketing with field experience connecting with corporates, governments, and SMB sector clients. In addition, you should have communication/ presentation skills. Your ability to multitask and handle stressful situations will be advantageous.
