Logistics Coordinator
Job Location : – Ajman, UAE

Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and customer service.
Ø Monitor and track the flow of goods and materials, and manage inventory levels.
Ø Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Ø Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness & legality.
Ø Schedule deliveries to ensure that correct amount and type of stock are delivered.
Ø Deliver the products cost effective and time efficiently to ensure customer priority requirements meet
Ø Ensuring that the vehicle remains repaired and maintained free, and well organized
Ø Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Ø Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
Ø Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies & procedures such as operational process standards
Ø Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and cost savings.
Ø Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Ø Preparing bills and invoices
Ø Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
Ø Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Ø Identify and resolve issues related to logistics and supply chain operations

Qualifications & Skills: –
Ø Proven experience as logistics coordinator should have Min 02 years of UAE Experience
Ø High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ø Outstanding organizational & Investigative abilities
Ø Prior experience as Logistics Coordinator at a Large Warehouse
Ø Sound knowledge of schedule deliveries in UAE Processes & Metrics
