Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing them with exceptional service and expert guidance throughout their property-buying journey.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and investment opportunities within Dubai’s real estate market, particularly in the off-plan property sector.
Property Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative property presentations to prospective buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our off-plan projects.
Needs Assessment: Thoroughly understand the client’s preferences, budget, and requirements to recommend properties that align with their investment goals.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and prices between buyers and developers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from property selection to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Networking: Establish a strong professional network within the real estate industry, attending industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand your reach and knowledge.
Commission-Based Sales: Operate on a commission basis with an attractive commission structure that rewards your sales achievements generously.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in Dubai, with a specific focus on off-plan projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful sales in a commission-based environment.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including off-plan property trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
RERA certification and a valid UAE driver’s license are preferred.
