We are looking for a challenging personnel for the role of INDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE in our company- AL SAMRA ELECTRICALS & SANITARY WARE CO LLC required to make Quotations, Follow Up Quotations, Making Invoices and other related activities. Generation of enquiries from existing and new clients. It’s an indoor sales coordination job.
Description:
Sales, Purchasing, Trading.
Electrical items such as wires, lighting, switchgear, fans, wiring accessories.
Contacting current customers and identifying new products and potential up-selling.
Entering orders into system.
Purchasing materials for customers and sales negotiations.
Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock..

Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Provide customers with quotations
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards .
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, accounting software, preparing and posting quotations, delivery order, purchases, invoices etc…
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently
Should be able to thrive in competitive markets
Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant Management Degree
Knowledge of Cables, Electrical junction boxes, Light fittings is advantage.
Candidates should have good knowledge in making quick quotes and follow ups.
Note:
The candidate should be available in Abu Dhabi and should be immediate joiners.
Driving license is advantage.
