Role Description:

A meticulous and adaptable sales & Logistic Administrator to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, the Sales & logistic Admin will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. He may also be required to process timesheets.

To ensure success, a Sales & logistics Admin should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding Sales admin understands sales performance metrics and provides excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Receiving and delivering cars based on car availability and customer requests.
Handling car distribution in a company and making sure that cars are delivered on time.
Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders, and transferring cars on Dubai Trade Portal)
Managing and overseeing administrative processes as instructed by the supervisor.
Performing various duties such as filing documents, tracking orders, liaising, working with drivers and warehouse staff, and entering data into specialized software.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

· A bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience:

· Previous work experience in the same domain with at least 3 years.

Must-Have Skills:

Exhibit exemplary problem-solving.
Dubai Trade Portal previous experience.
Time management.
Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Fluent English language
Preferred Skills:

Working under pressure.
Corporate background
Arabic Language is preferable.
