We are hiring for Real Estate Agent:
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and prepare listing presentations.
Provide market analysis and advice on pricing strategies.
Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients
Coordinate property transactions, including inspections, appraisals, and closing
Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
Keep up to date with current real estate trends, regulations, and laws
Attend networking events and stay active in the local community.
Requirements:
Active real estate license
Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
