REMAX Valor Gate Real Estate is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Consultant/Agent to play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

You should have an exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired passion for real estate and will to among the TOP realtor in the region and abroad.

 

JOB Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct research on market conditions, property pricing, and other real estate trends.
  • Provide clients with guidance and advice on buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Assist clients in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Assist, arrange and conduct property viewing through site visits for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare and present property listings to clients.
  • Collaborate with other agents and brokers to identify potential leads to expand network.
  • Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including cold calls, e-mails, online postings, face-to-face meetings to build rapport for prospective new customers.
  • Follow-up with leads and connect with clients to generate more sales.
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and conduct open houses to promote agency listings.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
  • Develop networks and cooperate with lawyers, mortgage lenders and contractors.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Real estate license or RERA is highly advantageous for the role.
  • Proven experience as a property consultant or agent is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations
  • Strong sales communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using real estate databases and CRM software
  • Team player, flexible, network-builder, able to handle client’s pressure
  • Trustworthy and results-oriented
  • Dynamic personality & interpersonal skills
