Ideal candidates are entrepreneurially-minded self-starters with a demonstrated passion for beautiful design. Interested candidates should work well in a flat or the similar industry sector and excel at communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales members of our team to create consistent brand materials across marketing channels and website content
Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
Be enthusiastic about expanding your skill set and working on a broad range of projects
Develop and execute innovative and beautiful designs
Problem solves product and positioning for editorially driven design
Assist production, product sample organizations for model and still life photo shoots
Conceptualize and design digital marketing materials like emails, social media and paid advertising assets.
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or web design with exceptional conceptual, typographic and design skills
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent would be an advantage.
A strong portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual work with excellent execution of ideas
An understanding of the limits and capabilities of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
Understanding of social media
Video editing and exporting experience required
Animation experience is a plus
Agency/in-house agency experience a plus
Basic understanding and some experience with print and packaging a plus
