Responsibilities:
Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Support external audit processes and address audit findings.
Prepare and submit tax documents in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
