Responsibilities:
Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed.
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Supervise students during class activities, field trips, and other educational programs.
Assist in the assessment of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians as necessary.
Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources.
Foster a positive and respectful relationship with students, parents, and colleagues.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young learners.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to follow and implement the lead teacher’s instructions and lesson plans.
Basic knowledge of child development and learning theories.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
Ability to pass a background check.
