AZCB Real Estate is looking for a Real Estate Sales Consultant to work in its branch in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate, a good negotiator, and people-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling ready and Off-Plan properties. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.
Responsibilities:
Establish good relationships with the developers’ representatives.
Procure current available property inventory directly from the developer.
Stay up to date with new launches and existing projects as well as the current offers in the market.
Contacting the leads received from the marketing department every day using phone calls, Whatsapp, or any other means of communication.
Ability to initiate and close sale deals.
Perform marketing activities including shooting short videos, phone calls, e-mails, online postings, and face-to-face meetings.
Develop a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Follow up with potential clients on their requests a few days after the first call.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Ability to meet and exceed the monthly sales target.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree.
1-3 years of real experience.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
Strong communication skills.
English is a must. Another language is a plus.
Ability to present.
