( Female)Administrative Accountant for Automotive business
Responsibilities:
-Greeting and assisting clients and visitors with a positive, and helpful attitude.
-Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including updating records and printing documents.
-Accounting including producing invoices and quotations (additional training will be provided)
-Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
-Assisting general manager with administrative tasks.
-Using Microsoft applications.
-Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
-Providing excellent customer service.
-Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
-Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
-Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via telephone/email.
Experience:
-At least 3 years in admin or accountant role
Location is in Dubai, Ras al Khor industrial area.
Salary Negotiable according to skills and experience.
Working hours and days off as per the law. Visa and Health insurance provided.
