> Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
> Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
> Arrange B2B meetings with prospective clients
> Contacting potential clients to establish a report
> Meet the sales target
> Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
> Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
> Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
> Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating the business generation activities.
> Developing customized targeted sales strategies
> Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
> Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
> Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.
> Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce & DMS)
Requirements and skills

• Degree in business management or a master’s in business administration.
• Extensive Sales experience.
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
• Computer literate.
• Proactive nature.
