4 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
-Managing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects
-Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data
-Assessing potential risks, materials and costs
-Carry out technical and feasibility studies.
-Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems

-Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials

-Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
-Proficiency in site layo-ut, site investigation, materials and costs estimation, regulatory approvals etc

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional engineer WITH EQUIVALENCY CERTIFICATE
driver license is an added advantage.
