Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee the maintenance of all our company’s properties in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, working closely with our team of local personnel.
Responsibilities:
Develop project plans and budgets for the maintenance of company properties.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities in accordance with the project plan
Coordinate with local contractors and vendors to ensure quality work and timely delivery of services
Conduct regular inspections of properties and facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential problems
Prepare reports on project progress and present them to management.
Manage the activities of the maintenance team and ensure their adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in project engineering or property management
Knowledge of maintenance planning and execution
Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Ajman
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
