We are hiring an Account Manager Woodworking Experience for Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans specific to the joinery and woodworking industry.
-Identify target markets, industry segments, and potential customers for business development.
Generate leads, conduct prospecting activities, and qualify potential clients.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
-Conduct regular client visits to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
-Possess a deep understanding of joinery and woodworking processes, materials, and products.
-Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
-Provide clients with accurate product information, technical guidance, and solutions that meet their specific requirements
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the joinery and woodworking industry.
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry events, and trade shows to expand the customer base.
-Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company’s joinery and woodworking products.
-Customize solutions based on client needs, budgets, and project requirements.
-Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to secure new business.
-Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM software or sales tools.
-Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and key performance metrics for management review.
-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as production, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
-Share market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends with internal stakeholders to support product development and business growth.
*Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
-Proven track record of success in sales within the joinery and woodworking industry.
-In-depth knowledge of joinery and woodworking processes, materials, and products.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
