Accounts Manager Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly financial reports (profit & loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement) and submit to the Management team to enable them know the financial performance and position of the company.
• Assess revenues, cost, commissions and expenses on a monthly basis to ensure those are recorded appropriately.
• Process and assist in year-end functions related to accounting / financial operations, analyze reports, maintain spreadsheets and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare & Reconcile Shareholder’s Current Account, Loan Account etc. on monthly basis or as and when required.
• Preparation & update Fixed Assets Register (FAR) on monthly.
• Analyze the postings of all types of vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal, Petty Cash, Sale & Purchase etc.) on a daily basis.
• Review the monthly staff Payroll and process WPS for payment on monthly basis.
• Manage and review accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) by preparing ageing reports and coordinate with the Suppliers and Clients to resolve the queries.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
• Maintains Tax Files as per the requirement of Local FTA.
• Liaise with external auditor and assist with the annual audit process including preparation of audit schedules.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis and coordinate with financial institutions.
• Prepare the Petty Cash Summaries and reimbursement of petty balance as and when required.
• Able to effectively implement all accounting policies and procedures and to assists proactively with cost control requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing annual budgets, forecasts and operating results.
• Able to prepare and submits financial reports to management in a timely manner and also ensuring delivery deadlines.
Admin Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll, rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Along with administering employee benefit programs, HR Manager role involves recruiting new job applicants and developing training and development programs for all employees.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
• Responsible for recruitment across all locations and projects, leaves, attendance, organizational structures, accommodation, payroll processing etc.
• Identify staff vacancies, recruit, hire, interview candidates via phone, video and in person, orient and train to positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
• Determining suitable salaries and remuneration.
• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
• Conduct induction programs with pre recruitment and post recruitment activities.
• Developing, implementing and improving human resources policies, procedures, job description and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
• Report generation of pre appraisal, appraisal and post appraisal closure and conducting performance/assess staff performance and wage reviews.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Perform difficult staffing duties including dealing with disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures.
• Plan, organize, control or coordinate work activities of subordinates and employee relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relation.
• Serve as a link between Management and Employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources Management.
• Handling all administrative functions that require priority, answering and following up on calls/inquires, ordering supplies and maintaining an accurate management system.
• Organize and coordinate office administration procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency and the health and safety of the employees.
• Keeping personnel records and follow up on official governmental requirements concerning human resources.
• Supervision, monitoring and follow up on all office maintenance requirements and office expenses.
• Set up agendas using effective meeting management skills, coordinate the resolution of issues and communicate to all appropriate parties.
• Manage the set-up of occasional gathering, business meeting event participation and travel associated activities.
• Handling, overseeing, negotiation and keeping contracts, agreements, leases to ensure service is in compliance with the contract and to verify accuracy of figure related to purchasing materials, supplies, products or services.
• Oversee facilities services and maintenance.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of new material.
