Job Title: Senior Road Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Road Engineer to lead road and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, design, construction, and maintenance, and must have a minimum of 8 years of UAE experience.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for road and infrastructure projects.
· Lead project teams and provide technical guidance and support to team members.
· Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
· Conduct site visits to assess existing infrastructure and road conditions.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
· Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time completion.
· Provide expertise and guidance on road construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.
· Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, designs, and reports.
