Online Sales Executive-Mattresses Industry
We are currently offering an amazing opportunity for the right leader to join our sales team. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated, experienced Sales executive with expertise in the selling field, who is energized and ready to hit the ground running. As a Sales Executive, you will promote our solid reputation as the number one Retail Mattress Store in the United Arab Emirates while completing various operational duties within one of our high volumes.

Skills Required:
• Proven sales and client advisory experience in the Mattress industry.
• Strong client and solution/ service orientation, while the remaining company and business-focused. Ability to connect and deal with high-end clients from different horizons, to listen to them and understand their needs.
• Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advise, convince and close the deal.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and autonomy.
• Team player with the ability to interact and work efficiently with internal actors.
• High level of responsibility, with a sense of loyalty and business ethics.
• Arabic, and English language skills are strongly required.
• Arab nationals can also apply for sales executive positions but English is a must.
Responsibilities:
• Provide chat support to all engaging customers through online channels.
• Generating leads by convincing prospects.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/B.Com/Equal) in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Experience of not less than 3 to 5 years in sales in the Mattresses industry must (Prefer UAE Experience).
