Financial Analyst

E) Basic Job Responsibilities
Perform market analysis covering the plot size wise study, unit wise demand analysis and pricing strategy etc. for upcoming real estate project
Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business’s medium to long term financial and strategic plan
Work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts
Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team
Study competitor market pricing strategies and prepare report on the same
Monitors and analyses unit wise sales and cost structure to build the repository for subsequent planning
Prepare budget for the organization and monitor the variance of the same to provide insight to the leadership team
Manages the defaulter cases and coordinate with legal department for necessary action against the defaulting customers
Take status update on periodic basis from legal department on defaulting customer cases
Based on the market understanding and internal project financial planning, prepare the payment plan for the property for senior management
Provide input in the internal policy like staff commission, discount offers matrix, festival offers etc.
Preparation of sales pitch document as & when requested by the management
Ensure the units are registered on timely basis
Prepare cash flow statement for the finance department (majorly from fund inflow perspective)
Take status reporting of PDC submission on timely basis
Monitor Credit & discount offered to customers and submit report to finance head
Act as Document controller for brokers and freelancer agreement
Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability and submit report to the senior management
Any other assignment in line with your portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
2- 3 years’ financial analysis and modeling experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Chartered Accountant
