We are hiring a Finance Manager for one of our clients a renowned real estate development company based in UAE.
Job Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, offering insightful analysis for decision-making.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Identify and manage financial risks while seizing opportunities to enhance financial health.
Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and provide recommendations for optimal returns.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuously learning culture within the finance team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 4 years’ managerial experience in finance or accounting roles.
Profound understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a history of team building and motivation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders across all levels.
