Requirements:
• Male and Female can apply
• Experience: at least 2+ years of sales
• Able to list, advertise, and market properties on PF, Bayut, Dubizzle etc.
• Property and Clients Sourcing Skills
• English Proficiency
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Trustworthy and results driven
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow
• Knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practices
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
Responsibilities
• Promote sales through listings, advertisement and open houses
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Prepare necessary paperwork’s like contracts, leases, etc.
• Perform Comparative Market Analysis to estimate property value
• Ability to work independently and as a team combined with good interpersonal skills
