An experienced property consultant is required to work with all commitment in a well established reputable Agency D and R Homes Properties
Qualifications
– Minimum 1 year experience in one of these fields ( banking,insurance,real estate)
-Good knowledge in Off-plan and ready projects
-Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-RERA Certificate is a plus
Responsibilities
-Qualify the clients and convert meetings into sales- 5% conversion rate
-Manage and respond to leads in a timely manner
-Stay up to date with the real estate market conditions, new developmnets,central bank regulations around mortgage
-Conduct market research
-Connect with the internal social media and marketing team to create the required exposure
