Educore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Success Manager with expertise in Accounting systems implementation to join our dynamic team. As an Edtech company revolutionizing the education sector, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions that empower students and educators.

Position: Success Manager (Accounting Systems Implementation) Location: Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers throughout their journey, ensuring their success in implementing and utilizing our systems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
Understand and analyze customer requirements to provide tailored solutions, customized training, and best practices guidance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
Conduct regular check-ins, progress reviews, and performance evaluations to proactively address any issues or concerns.
Monitor and report on customer usage, adoption rates, and overall satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and drive customer success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to Accounting systems and incorporate this knowledge into our product offerings.
Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic is a must to effectively communicate and engage with our Arab-speaking customer base.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems implementation, preferably within the Edtech or education industry.
Proficiency in MySQL is a plus, enabling you to provide technical support and troubleshoot any system-related issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer success.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
