Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE school experience

Responsibilities
Coordinate, direct and plan the admin/academic activities of the school.
Manage the teaching, academic admin staff and students on a daily basis. Along with the principal, review and approve or recommend modifications to new or existing programs and then submit their proposals to the school board.
Remain updated with the requirements of statutory bodies and related authorities, particularly Sharjah Private Education Authority, including the UAE School Inspection Framework and the UAE National Agenda Parameter.
Meet with staff and parents to discuss policies, educational activities, students learning or behavioral problems. Provide counsel and guidance to students regarding academic, personal, behavioral, or vocational issues, along with enforcing attendance and discipline rules.
Perform daily administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and preparing or maintaining information files, records, and reports and also handle complaints, resolve conflicts or grievances and settle disputes.
Responding to disciplinary issues.
Advising social workers on student behavior and conflicts.
Work with teachers to help address classroom management and help administer disciplinary action.
Conduct a review and self-evaluation of teaching and learning strategies.
Work closely with section supervisors on areas of section discipline, student records, and complaints.
Assist the principal with managing curriculum, programs, services, and resources.
Conduct surveys and analyses
Support in all areas of inspection readiness
Perform any other tasks as and when requested by the Principal or school Management.
