Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly KPI Dashboards that enable the organization to monitor performance and act for improvements, identifying deviation from targets and highlight to the management.
Oversee the day-to-day transaction data collected from different sources, analyse, maintain, and distribute data to evaluate different business goals and arrive at meaningful insights.
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics and software partners to identify best practises in data management Data Integration
Hands on experience in various SQL server services like Integration services (SSIS), Analytical services (SSAS) and reporting services (SSRS) to Extract, Transform and maintain data.
Ensure the SSRS system is always updated with budgets and reports and ensure the timely delivery of automated reports to the stake holders.
Handle Large quantities of data up to the IMEI level and ensure data accuracy in the daily monthly and weekly reports and dashboards.
Closely monitor daily data flow in the ERP and Salesforce, escalate technical issues to the ERP implementation team and drive them to resolve within the timeline
Subject Matter Expert in business data, ERP, and sales billing app
Oversee monthly & Weekly PSI report, reconcile with team performance reports, and prepare the various incentive scheme results.
Support the top management with Ad-hoc data insights on current sales trends, stock volume forecasts for decision making
Handle the day to day issues of salesmen and ERP users and provide solution
Qualifications
Microsoft Excel Advanced
SQL Server
SSRS
SSIS
Data Mining and Data Reconciliations skills
Data visualization skills
Problem-solving skills using Data
Attention to detail
Adapt at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
Experience of Sage 300 and Sage X3 will be an advantage in the role
