Harbor Real Estate is currently looking for an experienced Property Administrator -Female Filipino. We are looking for candidates who excel at administering a residential and commercial portfolio with solid maintenance management know-how.
Must have a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2 years experience as a Property Administrator in the Dubai Real Estate industry is a must
Must Have experience in Tenancy Contract Renewal, New Tenancy Contracts, Rental Index, Renewal Notices,
Previous experience using and Property management software (Master key etc.) is advantageous
A good understanding of UAE Laws and Regulations & Ejari Registration
Must be able to join immediately.
