We are looking for a professional Lifeguards Team Leader to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.

Role: Lifeguard Team Leader

Location: Hatta, Dubai

Only Immediate Joiners

Job Descriptions:

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant to make sure the customers are safe
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls and monitor Engines and boats
Train and supervise the Lifeguards.
Find ways to increase quality of customer service at the operation time.
