Job Opportunity: Training Assistant Manager

Are you an experienced Safety Trainer with a passion for promoting safety in the Oil and Gas industry? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

Requirements:

·      Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Safety.

·      Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Oil and Gas sector.

·      Training Proficiency: Proven track record in delivering effective safety training programs.

·      Language Skills: Strong communication abilities in both English and Arabic.

·      Certifications: NEBOSH IGC certification is required.

·      Managerial Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Oversee safety training programs and workshops.

·      Develop and enhance training materials and curricula.

·      Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations.

·      Assess and optimize the effectiveness of training initiatives.

·      Provide mentorship and guidance to the safety training team.

·      Collaborate closely with management to formulate and implement safety strategies.
