Multimedia Content Creator
Key Accountabilities:
· Proficiency in operating specified photography and videography equipment, including the Sony Alpha 7 IV (ILCE-7M4) camera with Sigma 14-24 mm F2.8 DG DN lens and DJI RS3 camera stabilizer for video shooting.
· Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
· Creation of high-quality visual content, encompassing photos and videos, to effectively showcase our holiday homes.
· Ownership of Maison Privee’s social media channels, fostering growth through organic and paid strategies.
· Introduction of creative concepts to enhance the guest experience and promote our brand within our properties.
· A keen creative spirit and an appetite for innovative ideas.
· A “completer-finisher” mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
· Proficiency with modern technology and quick adaptation to new technologies.
· Maintenance of consistency in visual style in alignment with brand guidelines.
· Editing and enhancement of photographs and videos to accentuate property features.
· Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure post-production aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
· Contribution to the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
· Crafting engaging and visually captivating content to captivate our target audience.
· Close collaboration with the Marketing Manager to create cohesive and visually appealing marketing materials.
Skills & Experience:
To excel as a Multimedia Content Creator, the ideal candidate should possess:
· A bachelor’s degree.
· Proficiency in English (fluent).
· Responsibility and self-motivation.
· Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, evidenced by a portfolio featuring relevant work.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
· Strong post-production skills, enabling the enhancement of visual content.
· Confidence in operating and maintaining specified camera equipment and accessories.
· Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively to produce compelling visuals.
· Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
· A deep understanding of social media trends to create engaging content.
· The ability to initiate and complete tasks.
· Proficiency in handling pressure.
· Skill in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Holding a UAE driver’s licence is advantageous.
