Job description:
• promote the company in the field of real estate
• Actively manage sales channels and achieve goals
• Building a strong deal system and attracting new potential clients
• Presentations to clients using available templates and tools
• Creation and management of marketing materials for residential buildings and real estate projects for sale
• Participation in the process of recruiting sales staff and marketing manager,
• Relationship management with customers and trading partners.
• Creation, completion and management of necessary sales contracts and documentation
• Liaise with management in formulating the sales strategy for the company annually and every five years.
• Attending conferences, seminars and meetings to promote the company among the client base
• Implementation of effective strategies
• Research areas of the industry that affect sales
• Complete and submit sales reports in a timely manner in accordance with established procedures.
• Set goals for the team quarterly and annually
• Keep industry knowledge up to date
• Training of staff and partners
• Travel and travel to meet existing and potential clients in the region.

Minimum experience in real estate in Dubai: 1 year
Russian, English, (Arabic optional)
UAE driver’s license
