Position: Real Estate Branch Head.
Experience: 5 Years. (3 Years of Real Estate Experience)
Location: Dubai.

Duties
– Lead by example and support team to ensure monthly targets are met.
– Run weekly team meetings and keep the team in touch with company guidelines/changes.
– Conduct staff reviews and appraisals on a regular basis and report issues as needed.
– Train and develop new staff in line with other managers/ departments.
– Enhance the company’s reputation by facilitating growth and best practice.
– Develop opportunities and maintain client relationships.
– Quality control and publishing of listings.
– Contribute to marketing as required with advertising for your area in particular the villa segment of the market.
– To handle arrangements and closure of own personal sales and clients’ Requirements.
Requirement
– Minimum of 3 years of Real Estate experience in Dubai as a Manager or Team Leader.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
– Be driven and bring innovation to complement the existing management team.
– Proven track record and respected names in the Dubai marketplace.
