We are looking for experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our Dubai office in Downtown

Candidates should have 1-2 years selling experience, gained in the local market and the ambition to continue growing their career. Day to day activities will include sourcing new inventory, dealing with enquiries, supporting clients property briefs and finding suitable matches. Conducting virtual and in person views. Closing transactions and following the process through, ensuring the best possible outcome and service for all parties involved.

Lazudi is a fast growing online real estate agency, which has gained significant traction in APAC and is now expanding into the Middle East.

We’re looking for experienced candidates to join our Dubai team. While still a relatively young company, Lazudi aims to become one of the most recognised real estate brands in each of the markets we enter. We use technology to support our agents to help them outperform their peers in both sales numbers and earnings.

Required:

Native in English, other languages are a plus

Bachelor’s degree or High school diploma

2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Broker in Dubai

A valid licence to work as a broker

Proven track record of real estate sales

Strong knowledge of Real Estate law and policies in Dubai

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Computer skills: MS Office, excel and use of CRM systems

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management and well organised

Outstanding listener, natural problem solver and negotiator

Trustworthy, critical thinker and always looking out for the best outcome for all parties

Responsibilities:

Assess client needs and financials to propose the best real estate solutions

Assist property inspections, viewings, negotiations and offers

Prepare all documentations, such as agreements, deeds and contracts

Ensure that all property transactions are completed smoothly and are in complete compliance with local laws and regulations

Source potential listings for sell and leasing

Assess and advise the market value of the properties and coordinate sellers/landlord onboarding

Maintain a list of properties, keeping them up to date and storing all supporting documents

Manage and maintain daily updates in the CRM

Advice clients about market conditions and the best opportunities

Stay up to date with market knowledge, new developments, regulations and the best property offers
