Job Description :
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Review employment accommodations and transportations
Obtain and renew and cancellation employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.
Obtain, renew and cancellation of licenses with various UAE govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc. Ministry of health, etc.

• The candidate must have at least 2 years experience in similar job with strong experience with govt. organizations and embassies
• Educational background: at least completion of Secondary Education
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
• Good influencing skills
• Spoken and written Arabic is a must
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Valid Driving License (optional)
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
