Are you a seasoned Mechanical Supervisor with a passion for the meat processing industry?
We’re seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee and guide our team of maintenance technicians at our meat processing facility in the UAE.
What you’ll do:
Lead and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring a proactive approach through preventive maintenance plans.
Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery used in production lines, forming, frying, cooking, grinding, mixing, smoking, and packaging.
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports, including filing and archiving machine manuals.
Order and track necessary spare parts to ensure smooth operations.
Prioritize safety by adhering to all regulations and fostering a safety-conscious environment.
Who you are:
4-6 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience within the meat processing industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their principles.
Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery.
Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
A self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
