We are seeking a driven and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai, UAE.
In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Continuously monitor patient vital signs and condition, make critical assessments, and adjust care plans as needed.
Operate and maintain ventilators, ensuring proper function and patient comfort.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain meticulous and detailed patient records and documentation.
Offer support and education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and the recovery process.
To be successful, you will have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a relevant equivalent.
A valid DHA License (mandatory).
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an ICU setting, with a strong focus on ventilator management.
Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
