MNA Properties is looking for a skilled and experienced content writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality content for a variety of platforms within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop organic, proposal, presentation, and web content, as well as other interactive marketing and pitch materials and programs
Work under the marketing manager and collaborate with the design and social media team to execute existing and new business development opportunities and promote brand and team awareness
Plan, write, and edit content, ensuring it is clear, compelling, and properly distributed across web, mobile, and social platforms, while adhering to the brand voice and style
Be responsible for proofreading and checking for errors in grammar, punctuation, and style
Play an active role in managing all aspects of and materials associated with a pursuit, including project preparation with internal teams
Continuously look for, suggest, and implement new and improved/creative ways to help real estate agents offer the highest quality marketing materials and technologies to the industry
Offer project management support for property marketing strategy, ensuring effective campaign development and implementation
Aid in social media channels and local content calendar, ensuring implementation of new marketing initiatives, identifying new marketing opportunities, monitoring engagement, and analyzing data, and collaborating with senior management to manage multichannel marketing assets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a content writer within the real estate industry
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent research skills and attention to detail
Strong project management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with content management systems
Strong understanding of SEO and analytics
Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
