What you’ll do:
Develop creative concepts/campaigns for internal and external communication based on knowledge of aesthetic design principles
Innovate ideas in graphical form for various requirements coming from the Communications team
Design logos, campaigns and layouts for collaterals such as digital ads, posters, e-mailers, newsletters, flyers, invitations, digital, social media, outdoor, event materials, etc.
Create short videos and motion graphics for tv screens and digital media
Work closely with corporate teams to understand creative requirements and deliver material within quick turnaround time.
Effectively communicate and present ideas, and collaborate with project managers and customers
Manage and maintain artwork files, including logos, photos and videos
Be updated with all the latest trends, tools and technologies in graphic design
Requirements:
Proven graphic designing experience – Design, branding, visualizing, motion graphic, video editing
Strong portfolio and experience in editing short videos, animation/motion graphics
Knowledge and expertise using design software – such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro; Knowledge of Windows & MAC Systems
Exceptional creativity and an eye for design
Accuracy and attention to detail
Someone who can think quickly on their feet and can work methodically with a clear direction
Education:
Degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia/ Creative Arts
Adobe Certification will be beneficial
Strong portfolio and experience in editing short videos, animation/motion graphics
Knowledge and expertise using design software – such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro; Knowledge of Windows & MAC Systems

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video editing for agency or in-house marketing teams
Retail background is preferable but not essential
