Social Media Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media marketing strategies tailored to our chocolate and flowers business on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter
– Create and manage engaging content, ad campaigns, and social media calendars to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
– Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
– Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
– Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and improve online presence.
– Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach with corporate clients and other businesses.
– Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for bulk orders and special gifting occasions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Previous experience in social media marketing and advertising, preferably in the retail or gifting industry.
– Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of successful ad campaigns.
– Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and analytics platforms.
– Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
– Strong creative skills to design eye-catching content.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for B2B sales interactions.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment.
– Passion for chocolate and flowers is a plus!
– Able to live and work in Abu Dhabi
– Valid UAE driving license
– Strong English and Arabic
