The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative, accounting, and legal support to the management team and staff of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate development industry and experience in a variety of administrative, accounting, and legal roles.
Requirements (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THESE)
– Minimum 3 years experience in Dubai
– Prior experience in registering Oqood, Ejari, Off-Plan Transfer, and Ready Transfer is a MUST
– Ability to commute to office on their own
– Strong command on Excel, Google Sheets, TAS software of Land department
– Strong ability to draft legal documentation independently on Microsoft word
– Ability to analyze and read new laws relevant to industry
Good to Have
– Prior experience in Accounting Software (Oracle NetSuite, Zoho, or Quickbooks type)
– Prior experience in Holiday Home Management or Guest Relations
– Prior Experience in construction or development related Procurement management, LPO and contract creation, and accounting expenses in construction process
– Ability to process visas, insurance
– Ability to use powerpoint
– Negotiation experience
Responsibilities
* Create Oqood offplan sales documentation
* Use basic accounting software
* Maintain client relations
* Use basic CRM software
* Post ads on property platforms such as Bayut and Property Finder
* Register and process Ejari and tenancy agreements
* Prepare and process procurement documentation
* Prepare contract documentation for the construction industry
* Manage holiday homes processes, bookings, and guest relations is an added plus
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
* 3+ years of experience in an relevant role in the real estate industry in Dubai
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Attention to detail
