Al Ain Mills
The Alain Mills Group is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Manager to oversee all aspects of procurement for our Hamriyah Freezone facility in Sharjah. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and securing the best quality products for our operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and vendor performance evaluation.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and qualify reliable suppliers for both local and international requirements.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and prioritize activities.
Leverage your expertise in sourcing food and non-food categories, as well as manufacturing ingredients.
Proactively monitor inventory levels and sales trends to prevent stockouts or excessive holding costs.
Stay abreast of market trends and product availability to secure the best value without compromising quality or delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (preferred).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management within the F&B industry.
A proven track record of success in cost reduction, vendor relationship management, quality control, and inventory optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
