Urban Planning Engineer – GCC Region (Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE)

At ATRIBS METSCON Group, we’re seeking a talented Urban Planning Engineer to join our team and shape the future of cities.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you’ll play a vital role in developing and implementing innovative urban planning and master planning projects across the GCC region. You’ll collaborate with a team of experts to create sustainable, vibrant, and functional urban spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the planning process for urban and master planning projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical analysis to ensure project viability.
Develop city visioning, theming, and benchmarking strategies.
Contribute to policy development and governance initiatives (a plus).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and design, urban policy, sustainable development, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in urban planning or master planning.
Proven experience working on projects in the MENA region, particularly the GCC.
Professional membership in RTPI, AICP, PIA, CIP, SIP, or equivalent (preferred).
Strong technical and business acumen.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
