We are a management consulting business specializing mainly in the construction industry. We provide consulting services to companies to help them optimize their operations and increase profitability.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team (A background in the construction industry is a plus). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success. An understanding of the construction domain is preferable.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and visits
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Collaborate with our consulting team to develop customized solutions for clients
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with software and sales tools
Compensation
This is a commission-based position only. Compensation will be based on the revenue generated from the sales made by the candidate. Commission percentage and other details will be discussed during the interview with the candidate.
