Job Overview:
Reign Real Estate hiring for Multiple roles who will be responsible for supporting the respected team in all aspects of the real estate sales process. This position will require a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming calls and emails.
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and property listings including brochures, flyers, and online listings.
Manage and update the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, clients, and properties.
Coordinate property showings and open houses including scheduling, advertising, and follow-up with attendees.
Prepare and process real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents as needed.
Communicate with clients, buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in real estate transactions to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.
Conduct research on the local real estate market including comparable sales, trends, and pricing strategies.
Provide support for other sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a real estate Agent, Sales or Support role preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software & Real Estate Market.
Knowledge of real estate legal documents and contracts preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
