Position – Property Consultants
RiseUp Real Estate is currently looking for Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our growing team. Someone who has a proven track record in sales , Insurance , banking would be advantageous, however, a candidate who can demonstrate a determination to succeed is more important to us than experience in real estate and must have a strong passion to work for the Real Estate Industry, with a good understanding of the Dubai’s Real Estate Market.
Duties and Responsibility
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. Finding, scouting and identifying investors with property consultancy needs.
Keeping in touch with clients via calls, WhatsApp and emails.
Attending launching ceremonies organized by developers, taking briefing and training from property portal professionals, participating in training sessions organized by our company.
Coordinate with the Admin all the listings on portals.
Listing and marketing properties for sale on various portals Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability.
Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented. RERA Certification is an advantage.
Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation. Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads Negotiating offers and contract negotiation Maintain regular contact with all clients List and sell residential and commercial properties.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Go on buyers’ appointments
Go on Listing appointments
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Must be open for Growth Expertise and proven sales/leasing record UAE
English speaking skills, and any other language is a plus
