General Counsel

A very exciting General Counsel opportunity has arisen to join a Government Entity within the utilities sector in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for the leadership of the Legal, Governance, Ethics & Compliance functions and the overall day to day running of the legal department.

Key Requirements

Must be 10+ PQE, qualified from a Common Law jurisdiction
Must have experience working across the energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors
Must have experience advising across arbitration and contract disputes
Must have previous experience working in a leadership position
