Job Description :
Responsible for the implementation as in support of field office operations and business objectives.
Manage and track projects in support of field offices.
Coordinate all facts of property operations including tax, legal, and tenant relations.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years experience in real estate.
Comprehensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining rental rates.
In-depth understanding of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements.
