Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in broker relations or sales within the insurance industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with brokers and intermediaries.
· Knowledge of medical insurance products and services and understanding of Dubai’s market trends and regulatory requirements.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
· Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills being an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and intermediaries within the medical insurance industry in Dubai.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share for the medical insurance portfolio.
· Educate brokers on the features and benefits of medical insurance products and services offered by the company.
· Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, underwriting, and claims to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with brokers to ensure competitive rates and terms for medical insurance products and services.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the medical insurance portfolio and increase brand awareness.
· Provide regular reports on business performance, market trends, and broker feedback to management.
